Prior Experience Requirements/Prerequisites
For all positions
Minimum 6 months recent experience in a medical or dental office or recent graduate of an accredited school in Medical or Dental disciplines.
Medical Assistant, LPN, and RN positions
· Diploma from an Accredited School (Medical Assistants)
· Current License (LPN, RN)
· Proof of Hepatitis Vaccination
· Current TB/PPD Screening
· Current CPR Certification
· If in Military, DD214
· Resume

Dental Assistant, Expanded Dental Assistant, and Hygienist positions
· Diploma from an Accredited School (Dental Assistants, Expanded Assistants)
· Current License (Dental Hygienist)
· Proof of Hepatitis Vaccination
· Current CPR Certification
· Resume
· If X-Ray Certified, bring Certificate
